The food is soooo good here and it's a great local spot .I've gone past it so many time and well the food is fresh the place is beautiful inside along with the nice vibes and great service I'm coming back for sure. And i recommend this lake to any health nut like myself .

I have nothing but good things to say about Ideal Nutrition Now. I get their meals delivered weekly and each week they arrive around the same time during the day with great communication during the delivery. The meals are fresh, proper portioned and always delicious. I am very pleased with this service, and it is helping me out enormously. Everything I've had has been delicious, and great price point too. Great for one person who hates to cook and is always on the go (that would be me!). We need a location in Fort Lauderdale, because I have made special trips up to Boca just to go to this place. One suggestion: maybe a container recycling program?
